What is the difference between Annual Membership and a Single Class purchase?

An Annual Membership gives you unlimited access to every class on the platform for 12 months, including new ones as they are added, and quarterly live Q&As. A Single Class purchase gives you lifetime access to one specific class. If you're unsure where to start, the Free Preview lets you watch the introduction episode of every class before committing.
What is the Founders Membership?

The Founders Membership is a one-off, lifetime access offer for a limited time available at launch. For £499 you get permanent access to every class — now and as the library grows — with no annual renewal. Founders also receive a premium welcome pack by post, including a personalised Founder card, a signed letter from the Principal, and a hardback formation notebook.
Is there a student membership available?

Yes. Full access to the entire Newbold Connect library — every class, every episode, every downloadable guide — at £49 per year. That's the same access as the standard annual membership, at a rate built for where you are in life right now.
The student rate renews each year for as long as you remain enrolled. When you finish your studies, your progress and class history carry over to a standard membership.
To apply, head to www.newboldconnect.com/students — you'll need a valid student ID showing your name, institution, and expiry date. We review applications within 5 working days.
Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. However, if you choose immediate access to digital content and begin watching, your right to cancel ends once access begins. If content is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights are not affected. To request a refund, email [email protected].
Can I access Newbold Connect on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Newbold Connect is accessible on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile — through your browser or the Kajabi app. (Newbold Connect app to be launched soon!)
